Market Access Manager - Oncology
Location: National wide (based in HCMC )
Job Overview: The Market Access Manager - Oncology is responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure that oncology products gain and maintain access to the market. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies to optimize the availability and reimbursement of oncology treatments.
Responsibility
- Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure pricing value, reimbursement, and access for oncology products.
- Stakeholder Engagement and communication: Build and maintain collaboration with key stakeholders to support market access strategy. Continuous communication/ Awareness on diseases and products to these key stakeholders .
- Policy and Regulation:
- Monitor and analyze healthcare policies and regulations affecting oncology market access, and provide strategic insights to adapt to changes.
- Regulatory Approval :
- Lead and closely collaborate with Regulatory Affair and Medical Affair to obtain License for SIQ, EAP/ PAP/MAP
- Leading/preparation/ follow up the listing of the products to National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL).
- Project Management: Build, manage and implement market access projects/programs (SIQ,EAP/ PAP/MAP), ensuring timely execution and achievement of key milestones.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales, to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
- Health Economics and Outcomes Research: Take lead the conducting Pharmaco – economic when needed for listing NRDL
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in medical field (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist), additional education in health economics, public health especially in oncology is appreciated
- Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related role within the International pharmaceutical Company especially with a focus on innovative oncology products (targeted therapy/ immuno therapy).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of market access processes, health economics, pricing and reimbursement, and regulatory requirements in oncology.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Team work.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with stakeholders and attend relevant conferences and meetings
