Digital Workplace Solution Developer

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Process & requirement analysis: Work with departments to map current and target processes, clarify business rules, identify decision points/exceptions.

• Agile delivery: Help manage a structured backlog (refinement, prioritization with stakeholders), contribute to sprint planning, provide regular demos, testing, and capture feedback, monitor usage, to continuously improve delivered solutions.

• Solution design (automation oriented): Propose the right solution approach, prioritizing automation, maintainability, security, and time-to-deliver.

• Build & configuration: Configure SharePoint Online sites, Lists and libraries; implement permissions; apply JSON formatting where relevant; build Power Apps; and develop Power Automate flows (approvals, reminders, notifications, integrations within Microsoft O365 Apps).

• Programmatic mindset in low-code: Implement reliable logic; troubleshoot runs and errors; and improve performance and readability of flows/apps.

• Documentation: Produce and maintain clear documentation (requirements, solution design, user guides, admin guides, support/runbook) to ensure long-term maintainability.

• User enablement & adoption: Provide or participate to demos, training, and onboarding materials; communicate limitations and best practices; and support change management to drive adoption.

• WordPress support (plus): Help maintain internal/external communication websites and review/validate supplier deliveries (functional checks, WP & plug-ins updates, access, content structure, quality control).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / Software Engineering (or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering business solutions using Microsoft 365, especially Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online.

• Automation & flow logic: Strong understanding of end-to-end process flow, conditional logic, approvals/escalations, exception handling, and traceability.

• Programmatic mindset: Comfortable with formulas, Power Automate expressions, and JSON formatting; able to debug and improve logic even in a low-code environment.

• SharePoint Online: Ability to create and manage sites, Lists/libraries, permissions, views, and basic information architecture.

• Power Automate: Ability to build and troubleshoot flows (approvals, notifications, reminders, data updates) and apply good practices for readability and maintainability.

• WordPress (plus): Experience or strong interest in WordPress content management and website setup and config; ability to validate supplier development.

• Project / delivery management (Agile execution).

• End-to-end ownership of solution delivery (accountability & reliability).

• Learning agility: Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable exploring new tools within the Servier ecosystem.

• Documentation & quality: Organized and detail-oriented; able to document requirements, solution design, user guides, and support notes.

• Collaboration: Clear communication and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, helping the projects to move fast forward.

• Language: Vietnamese candidate with a very good level of oral and written English.

As a Digital Workplace Solution Developer, you will work closely with internal departments to understand business and functional needs, translate them into clear process logic (end-to-end flows, decision rules, exceptions), and deliver solutions that automate data flows and reduce repetitive tasks.

You will contribute to becoming a Digital Performer:

• Agile way of working: using backlog, refinement, sprint delivery, demos, to build low-code/no-code solutions primarily using Microsoft ecosystem: O365 Apps, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform.

• Automation first: automate and standardize processes so teams spend less time on manual consolidation, follow-ups, and repetitive administration.

• Smarter flow logic: implement clear rules, exceptions and traceability to improve data quality, control, and collaboration.

You will support the digital transformation of Servier Vietnam following Servier standards for security and data protection, apply good development and deployment practices, and produce clear documentation.
