Digital Marketing Officer

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct research/analysis to understand/ segmentize the target audience and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels (Email, website, Zalo OA).
  • Measure and analyse campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools.
  • Overall responsibility for delivering an Omni-channel experience for the brand across channels including digital initiatives, social media, mobile, website.

Your responsibilities

  • Work with brand teams to translate Customer engagement plans into Omnichannel journeys
  • Run omnichannel campaigns development & execution on relevant platforms, in line with global/ local standards, tools (GetResponse, Content Factory, Promomat, MyServier) and processes.
  • Standardization of tactical omnichannel planning, incl. automated channel approach, content, engagement
  • Responsible for engagement with agencies and cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Medical, CE, IS) to ensure smooth content and campaign deployment.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing.
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, preferred in pharmaceutical field.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
  • Fluent English language knowledge and skills (written and oral), strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, skills ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results.
  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
