THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION SPECIALIST (TES) / CHUYÊN VIÊN TƯ VẤN GIÁO DỤC BỆNH LÝ

MISSIONS:

The Therapeutic Education Team (TET) is the field team of Medical and Patient Affairs Department (MPA) - Servier (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., working directly at hospitals and health facilities. Its mission is to deploy AS ONE - Servier's comprehensive chronic disease management solution - to Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO), such as Departments of Health and key hospitals, to support patients with chronic diseases in managing their health.

Nhóm Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý là đội ngũ field của Bộ phận Y khoa và Các dự án hỗ trợ bệnh nhân (MPA), hoạt động trực tiếp tại các bệnh viện và cơ sở y tế. Sứ mệnh của nhóm là triển khai thành công AS ONE – gói giải pháp quản lý toàn diện bệnh mạn tính của Servier – đến các nhân viên y tế (HCP) và tổ chức y tế (HCO) như Sở Y tế và các bệnh viện trọng điểm, nhằm hỗ trợ bệnh nhân mắc bệnh mạn tính trong việc quản lý sức khỏe.

Therapeutic Education Specialist (TES) is a professional who works closely with Key Stakeholders External (HCO/HCP) and Internal (KAM/KAS/AM/MR) to coordinate and deploy the AS ONE program at Departments of Health and key hospitals in the assigned territory. There are 7 TESs, under the leadership of the Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM), assigned to the Hanoi, North, Center, HCMC, and Mekong areas to deploy nationwide activities.

Chuyên viên Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý là người phối hợp chặt chẽ với các Key Stakeholder External (HCO/HCP) và Internal (KAM/KAS/AM/MR) để điều phối và triển khai chương trình AS ONE tại các Sở Y tế và bệnh viện trọng điểm trên địa bàn phụ trách. Có tất cả 7 chuyên viên TES, dưới sự dẫn dắt của Quản lý Nhóm Chuyên viên Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý (TEM), được phân công theo các khu vực Hà Nội, North, Center, HCMC và Mekong để triển khai hoạt động trên khắp cả nước.

About AS ONE: Servier Vietnam's flagship program enhance awareness and capacity in communication, treatment, and management of hypertension and diabetes in Vietnam during the period 2026–2030 (Mission 50/2030 – at least 50% of hypertension/diabetes patients have their disease well controlled), built on four pillars: Professional standardization; Enhancement of healthcare workforce capacity; Community communication; and Strengthening monitoring, research, and evaluation of program effectiveness. The program is implemented through a network model of Departments of Health and Hospitals, with a foundation from Ngay Dau Tien (NDT) ecosystem.

Về AS ONE: Chương trình trọng điểm của Servier Việt Nam với mục tiêu tăng cường nhận thức và năng lực về truyền thông, điều trị và quản lý tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường tại Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2026–2030 (Mission 50/2030 – ít nhất 50% bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp/đái tháo đường được kiểm soát bệnh tốt), xây dựng trên 4 trụ cột: Chuẩn hóa chuyên môn; Nâng cao năng lực nhân lực y tế; Truyền thông cộng đồng; Tăng cường giám sát, nghiên cứu và đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình. Chương trình được triển khai qua mô hình mạng lưới Sở Y tế, Bệnh viện, với nền tảng từ hệ sinh thái Ngày Đầu Tiên (NDT).

Long Description

Program set-up and design.

  • Together with relevent departments, identify potential Departments of Health and key hospitals to deploy the AS ONE program in the assigned territory.
  • Develop an action plan consistent with the company's strategy and local reality.
  • Update & finalize a list of HCOs/ HCPs to connect with and deploy comprehensive chronic disease management solution - AS ONE, including patient support and education solutions, such as the First Day ecosystem and the Elfie mobile application.

Program Implementation

  • Cooperate with project team, partners, and relevant stakeholders to implement the program in assigned territory in terms of timelines and quality, based on project planning, and budget set:
    • Work directly with Key Stakeholders (Departments of Health, hospital leadership, HCPs) to deploy the AS ONE project at Departments of Health and key hospitals in the assigned territory.
    • Promote the AS ONE solution package, especially the Ngay Dau Tien Ecosystem, to HCPs and Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).       
    • Enhance scientific support for the AS ONE program among TAEs.
    • Represent the company by participating in and organizing scientific events and projects.
    • Analyze the results of AS ONE and Patient Affairs projects to adjust action plans for the assigned territory.
  • Cooperate closely with Patient Affairs (PA) to manage and enhance the quality of Ngay Dau Tien (NDT) service at hospitals with NDT corner:
    • Be the main point of contact for NDT hospital; coach and/ or support of nurses in counseling and educational activities; focusing on improving NDT corner quality.
    • Coordinate the scientifc activities run by Field Force team in ASONE project.
    • Ensure sufficient support documents are always available on site.
    • Expanding NDT in new hospitals (if required)
  • Oversee sponsorship activities supporting healthcare education programs / awareness campaigns in the assigned territory, where applicable, in line with Servier's Compliance requirements.
  • Direct contribution to target commitments with company.

Program quality assurance.

  • Manages and ensures full adherence to Servier Vietnam's compliance, administrative, and financial requirements, in line with the internal procedures and partner specifications, and in consultation with the line manager.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Ensures collection, consolidation, and review of project information, according to SVN’s and project team monitoring, evaluation, and learning guidelines.
  • Analyze operational and project-management results in the assigned territory; discuss with direct management to develop appropriate strategic plans.
  • Prepare daily and monthly work reports on the LynX reporting system according to company regulations.
  • Participate in regular company meetings and other meetings as required by work and projects.

People Relations & Teamwork

  • Direct report to Therapeutic Education Manager
  • Coordinate, motivate & support team members, and partners to jointly achieve project results.
  • Cooperate closely with FF team and partners to coordinate and deploy the activity roll-out on the assigned territory, within guidelines and project budget
  • Other duties required by the line manager.

Candidate Profile

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in specialized/relevant technical field of healthcare especially Pharmacist, Public Health, Doctor
  • Experience as a Key Account Specialist or at least 2-year experience as a Medical Rep/ Drug Introduction position at multinational pharmaceutical companies or Project / Program Site Coordinator for reputable healthcare organization is preferred.
  • Master the working process with associations / Department of Health / Hospitals
  • Understand and ensure compliance with regulations of the Law and Pharmaceutical companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A combination of strategic mindset, strong Key Stakeholder management capability and effective coordination with the Field Force team to plan, orchestrate, and deploy the full chain of activities across the assigned territory.
  • Independent working and problem-solving skills.
