Recruitment Specialist

Activities & Responsibilities

 

  1. Recruitment:
  • Execute recruitment plan and manage recruitment budget.
  • Manage full pipelines of recruitment for vacant position.
  • Input full pipelines of recruitment on HR system.
  • Customize creative platforms to manage pipelines report, analyze the outcomes, shift focus to specific areas, tracking and report on specific candidate information.
  • Conduct recruitment report to HRM/R&PD Manager.
  • Attract potential candidates & conduct database by net working through industry contacts, headhunt, social media, and referral employees.
  1. Employer branding:
  • Support employer branding activities for internal and external, including online and offline platforms (FB, LinkedIn, Website, …)
  • Build and nurture partnerships with strategic pharmaceutical universities in branding and career consultant activities for students to build talent spectrum for future workforce (Career workshop, Talks, Competition, Sponsorship…)
  1. Annual engagement projects and activities.
  • Be mainly responsible for engagement events: New Year Party, Appreciation gala.
  • Support R&PD Manager in assigned events to increase employee experience.
