Responsibilities (include but not limited to) | |

Database management | Provide guideline and training to users regarding data capture and update |
Follow up, check, communicate, validate updating profile and create new doctors/customers/products | |
Review updated data and approve/reject by DCR (data change request) | |
Review and inactive duplicate data on system | |
Update information on database based on request | |
Analyze updating customer potential, targeting from MR/KAS, get approval and update to Veeva, update multi channel cycle plan | |
Update field force allocation on system | |
Identify doctors for specific programs; update speaker list | |
Update information on sales and tender management system: Customer, Product, Price,… | |
System access for new users or mobilities | |
Consult and alert to internal as well as other teams when there is abnormalilty in data capture | |
Project | Lead roles in projects relating to data mapping, data clean up, data structure to ensure data in good shape to be used |
Work on projects to enhance data accuracy, availability, privacy, develop new tools/solutions by considering available technical approach | |
Analysis | Provide analysis, reports relating to key behaviour indicators (visit, frequency, activity…), marketing projects, sales and cross analysis between figures to have consolidated view |
Implement dashboards for stakeholders' performance tracking, business status follow up and decision making | |
Retail programs | Manage retail channel program operation Build tools to track progress and performance of marketing programs. |

Experience | Minimum 4 year experience in same position (in pharma industry will be a plus) |
