To complete our team, based in Geneva, we are looking for a Product Manager CMVD (cardiovascular, metabolism, veinous disease).

As Product Manager in the CMVD therapeutic areas, you will report to the Business Unit Manager CMVD and collaborate with all internal departments, the field teams, as well as HQ partners. Your responsibilities include developing product and portfolio strategies, defining marketing plans, and implementing promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets.
As a Product Manager, you will
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for the assigned product portfolio. This includes defining product positioning, target patient population, and competitive differentiation, develop messaging platform, based on thorough market analysis, and understanding of customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights in the Therapeutic Areas. Utilize this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to maximize product potential.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of products, from product launch to post-launch activities and product retirement. Continuously evaluate product performance, conduct product forecasting, and make recommendations for product or lifecycle management strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for the products in the assigned Therapeutic Areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, sales, and market access, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- TAE Engagement: Identify and engage with therapeutic area experts (TAEs) to gather insights, drive advocacy, and establish strong relationships. Collaborate with TAEs to gather feedback on product performance, gather clinical insights, and support educational initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as medical affairs, sales, market access, and regulatory affairs teams, to ensure a coordinated approach in product strategies, and market access initiatives.
- Launch Planning and Execution: Develop and execute launch plans for new products, ensuring effective market entry and adoption. Collaborate with sales teams to provide training, promotional materials, and product knowledge support for successful product launch.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, resources, and training programs to support the achievement of sales targets. Provide product expertise and support to the sales team during customer interactions, conferences, and meetings. Develop and implement an early strategic and operational communication plan (targets, key messages, communication channels/mix, outputs, timing) to educate and raise product awareness among HCPs
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements for all product-related activities. Stay up to date on industry regulations and guidelines related to the oncology field and incorporate them into product strategies and marketing initiatives.
You should have
- Education in Life Science (PharmD, PhD, MSc)
- German level min C1 or mother tongue
- English level min C1 or mother tongue
- French level min C1 or mother tongue
- At least 5 year’s experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, Pharma market dynamics, therapeutic guidelines and healthcare regulation in Switzerland.
