Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist

I.      Duties

The primary focus of the Junior Quality Assurance Specialist is to operate and support Quality Assurance operation in accordance with Korea Good Importing Practice (KGIP) and Korea Good Supply Practice (KGSP) by performing product quality management at the warehouses and to maintain relevant quality documentation and follow Servier standards, corresponding SOPs. The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist also supports to maintain quality management (documentation) system aligned with Servier standards and local requirements under the guidance of supervisor/QA specialist. He/she provides administrative support on the Quality Assurance area such as GIP documentation and filing records.

II.    RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist is in charge of the operation of product quality management at warehouse including:

• Performs warehouse operation regarding incoming, storage, release and distribution of Servier Korea products, and ensure environment control at the warehouse including
  • Incoming control such as review and inspection of incoming products, review of temperature and humidity monitoring logs and verification of incoming products checklists, etc.
  • Warehouses documentation review (warehouse 1 and 2), check of storage condition, sanitation and segregation status and management of retention/QC samples.
  • Reports any issues on warehouse operations to supervisor through monitoring and reviewing the quality compliance status to ensure full compliance with Servier standards and regulatory requirements. The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist ensures processes are fully implemented and accurate.
• Support supervisor/QA specialist by maintaining a robust and sustainable quality system compliant with Servier standards and KGIP including assistance with self-audit, participation in KGIP training, implementation of mock-recall, and assisting with an inspection by Regulatory Authority of the warehouse/KGIP.
• The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist supports in providing 3rd party quality oversight of warehouse leasing company that has a direct impact on product quality (e.g. warehousing, redressing, distribution, etc.) under the operational guidance of Quality Assurance Specialist.
• Ensures keeping and filing the KGIP documents including corresponding parts of product master file, product control records of warehouse operation.

The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a constant awareness of the current legislation in Korea (related to product quality management) and GxP training.

The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for supporting quality documents including corresponding SOPs, OPMs, and quality management records:

• Understanding and implementing local SOPs and OPMs to check their compliance with Korean regulations and Group SOPs,
• Ensuring that all the records are archived securely in accordance with Korean and company requirements.
• Supporting the creation, review, revision and training of local SOPs and OPMs aligned with Group Quality Organization and Group SOPs and OPMs.

The Junior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing other related duties and special projects as assigned by Head of Regulatory Affairs, General Manager and/or Head Office.

III.    Additional Job Information

• Must own a personal vehicle (Car insurance and mileage supported in accordance with company policy.) 
• Work Location : Hybrid setting of 4 days/week at warehouse (Chuncheon) and 1 day/week at Seoul office(Yeouido)
• Work Period : ASAP ~ 2026-09-30 (Direct Contract)
