Talent & OD Specialist (Outsourced Contract)

Position Overview:

This role will focus on both organizational development and talent acquisition operations. It plays a crucial part in enhancing our organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives and ensuring a seamless performance and talent processes.

The role reports to HRBP & Talent Lead. The scope includes our commercial operations in Scientific Office as well as our Industrial site.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Onboarding Program & ITC Coordination:

  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires while ensuring proper coordination with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the ITC rounds of onboarding for Medical Reps in coordination with Training Managers to ensure best onboarding experience.

 

DEI Dashboards and Succession Demographics:

  • Develop and maintain Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) dashboards.
  • Maintain and assist in Talent & succession demographics to support long-term organizational planning.

 

Performance Operations:

  • Establish and maintain governance to track employee performance and development plans status while assisting employees with system use.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement and follow-up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely improvement.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and assist direct manager to ensure quality process.

 

Talent Acquisition Operations & Internships:

  • Assist HRBPs in end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, screening, and assessments operations.
  • Assist HRBPs in Gathering insights from exit interviews, analyze the collected data, and present findings to support the improvement of organizational practices.
  • Oversee internship programs, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders, from recruitment to program evaluation and feedback.

 

Training Needs Assessment and Dashboard Follow-Up:

  • Develop training dashboard in collaboration with training team and industry team
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments as a result of the identified development plans across the organization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Track training initiatives and keep up to date training record through dashboards and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Proven experience in HR roles focusing on organizational development and recruitment operations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools for performance tracking and reporting.
