• Develop and implement Brand plans to achieve brand operational excellence in the Cardiology field.
• Identify market segments, competitive positioning, development trends, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets, desired MS, and product profitability for Cardiology products.
• Monitor and report product and sales team performance to assess effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Analyze product performance, manage risks, and forecast sales.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with Cardiologists Therapeutic Area Experts, product advocates, and stakeholders.
• Development & maintenance of product advocates for SERVIER.
• Manage budget and ROI of cardiology marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and product development to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Coordinate the development of promotional materials and product information specific to cardiology products.
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for all promotional activities.
• Organize training schedules for the sales team to enhance their understanding of the product portfolio.
• Monitor industry trends and apply insights to maintain a robust product life cycle management plan.
