Patient Affairs Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven Patient Affairs Lead to lead our patient engagement strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and drive initiatives that improve patient experience, education, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Servier's local Patient Affairs Strategy and annual patient engagement plan in alignment with Medical Affairs priorities.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with patient organizations, advocacy groups, and NGOs supporting patient rights and healthcare access.
- Lead and coordinate patient-focused initiatives, ensuring compliant execution, effective governance, and measurable impact.
- Support disease awareness, patient education, patient support programs, adherence initiatives, and digital patient engagement solutions.
- Develop and oversee patient materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, medical validation, patient-friendly language, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to ensure the patient voice is reflected in strategic planning and projects.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Patient Affairs, Patient Engagement, Patient Support Programs, Patient Advocacy, Public Health, or related healthcare roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes through meaningful partnerships and patient-centric solutions.
