The Oncology Key Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing key oncology accounts across a broad geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Leading account strategy and engagement across assigned territory
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Organizing and facilitating group meetings with HCPs and institutional accounts
• Ensuring execution of territory plans and achievement of defined KPIs
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver aligned business objectives
• Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving market

Required Competencies & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years oncology/hematology experience is must.
- Proven track record in account management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to cover and manage a large territory efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of organization, planning, and multitasking capability
