At Servier Egypt, we're looking for an exceptional FP&A Lead to drive financial planning, business performance, forecasting excellence, and strategic decision-making across our organization.

This is more than a traditional finance role. We are seeking a business partner who can challenge the status quo, influence key stakeholders, and help shape the future of our business through insightful analysis, robust financial planning, and data-driven recommendations.

What You'll Do:

. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
. Deliver actionable financial insights to drive business performance
. Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Support Functions
. Develop advanced financial models, KPI dashboards, and scenario analyses
. Drive automation, reporting transformation, and AI-enabled finance solutions
. Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions

We're Looking For:

1. 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Analysis within multinational organizations
2. Strong business partnering and influencing skills
3. Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or other fast-paced multinational environments
4. Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
5. Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence experience
6. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions
