What Will You Actually Do?

As the AI Business Lead, you will act as the organization's AI transformation champion, working with leaders across functions to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, productivity, decision-making, and overall business performance. You will:

🔹 Identify Business Opportunities for AI

• Engage with business leaders to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities.
• Discover high-impact opportunities where AI can solve business problems or unlock efficiency gains.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Turn Ideas into Business Cases

• Assess the value, feasibility, risks, and expected return of AI opportunities.
• Develop business cases that clearly demonstrate expected benefits, costs, and success metrics.
• Support leadership in making informed investment decisions regarding AI initiatives.

🔹 Lead Cross-Functional AI Projects

• Act as the key link between business teams, analytics experts, IT, Quality, Compliance, and external partners.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Ensure projects remain focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.

🔹 Drive AI Adoption & Change Management

• Lead organizational transformation efforts required to embed AI-driven ways of working.
• Build AI awareness and literacy across teams.
• Help managers and employees adopt new tools, processes, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
• Monitor and overcome adoption barriers to maximize impact.

🔹 Ensure Compliance and Responsible AI

• Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and governance requirements.
• Support validation, documentation, audit readiness, and data integrity processes.
• Ensure AI initiatives are implemented responsibly and sustainably.

🔹 Measure Success

• Define KPIs and success measures for every AI initiative.
• Track realized value after implementation, including productivity improvements, process optimization, service enhancement, compliance improvement, and cost savings.
• Build visibility through dashboards and progress reporting to senior leadership.

🔹 Stay Ahead of Innovation

• Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Evaluate vendors, partners, and new solutions that could create business value.
• Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives to test innovative opportunities.

We're Looking For

1.Experience in Business Excellence, Digital Transformation, Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, or Operational Excellence
2.Strong business acumen with a passion for innovation and transformation
3.Exposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives
4.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
5.Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business actions
