Manager Business Excellence

.

In Argentina, we are entering a new phase of transformation and acceleration. The affiliate is strengthening its Business Excellence capabilities to better support business decisions, improve commercial execution, enhance digital maturity and create stronger connections across functions and countries.

We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to lead this transformation locally, working closely with the Argentina leadership team and in strong partnership with the Brazil Business Excellence team.

Role Expectations:

As Business Excellence Manager – Argentina, you will play a key role in transforming BEX into a strategic business partner for the affiliate.

Your mission will be to strengthen the way Argentina uses data, processes, digital tools and commercial excellence practices to improve business performance. You will help the organization move from fragmented and manual processes to a more structured, data-driven and scalable operating model.

This role offers high exposure to the Argentina Leadership Team, close collaboration with Brazil, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the affiliate’s transformation agenda.

You will be expected to combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong business proximity and change management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Business Excellence transformation in Argentina

  • Define and implement the roadmap to strengthen BEX capabilities in Argentina.
  • Translate business priorities into concrete BEX initiatives, tools, processes and performance routines.
  • Act as a key partner for Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
  • Ensure BEX is positioned as a business enabler, supporting decision-making, execution and performance management.
  • Build a clear governance model to prioritize initiatives, monitor progress and ensure accountability.

2. Strengthen Sales Force Effectiveness and commercial execution

  • Support the evolution of targeting, segmentation, field force planning and performance monitoring.
  • Improve the use of CRM and related tools as management enablers, not only reporting systems.
  • Contribute to cycle planning, field force productivity, business reviews and commercial performance routines.
  • Help define relevant KPIs to monitor execution quality and business impact.
  • Promote best practices in collaboration with Brazil and other relevant internal benchmarks.

3. Accelerate data, analytics and performance management

  • Improve the quality, structure and use of business data across the affiliate.
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports and analytics that enable faster and better decision-making.
  • Work towards more integrated, reliable and scalable data processes.
  • Reduce manual work and operational inefficiencies through process simplification, automation and better use of existing tools.
  • Ensure that key business decisions are supported by relevant, timely and actionable insights.

4. Drive omnichannel and digital maturity

  • Support the implementation and evolution of omnichannel initiatives in Argentina.
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical and Digital teams to structure plans, KPIs and measurement approaches.
  • Contribute to the adoption of digital tools and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Help the affiliate build a more integrated approach between field force, digital channels and customer insights.
  • Promote a pragmatic digital mindset, focused on business impact and operational adoption.

5. Coordinate cross-functional projects and continuous improvement

  • Lead or support strategic and operational projects across the affiliate.
  • Ensure proper project governance, including objectives, responsibilities, timelines, risks and expected outcomes.
  • Implement structured project management practices, including project charters and regular follow-up.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and support teams in moving from diagnosis to execution.
  • Help create a culture of continuous improvement, ownership and collaboration.

6. Build strong Argentina–Brazil collaboration

  • Act as the main BEX interface between Argentina and Brazil.
  • Leverage Brazil’s experience, tools and methodologies where relevant, adapting them to the local Argentina context.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, coaching and capability building between both affiliates.
  • Ensure strong alignment while preserving local ownership and accountability.

Contribute to a LATAM mindset of collaboration, best-practice sharing and business acceleration.
