Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with HCP, as well as oversee digital initiatives and omnichannel communication, ensuring alignment with both national and global brand strategies.
- Manage comprehensive activities related to HCP relationships, including regular performance analyses, and the strategic planning and execution of targeted marketing activations, with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI) and gross margin (GM) enhancement.
- Conduct regular negotiations with HCP and partners to strengthen collaboration and optimize business outcomes.
- Manage rich digital content across brand webpages and other HCP and patient communication channels, ensuring consistent, impactful, and engaging communication.
- Oversee regular media pitching processes and maintain close collaboration with media agencies to elevate brand equity and cultivate a compelling LOVEBRAND image.
- Development and implementation of short-, medium- and long-term growth strategies for existing and future promoted product portfolio, considering the global brand strategy.
- Planning and control of the marketing budget spending with the focus on rational meaningful and rational investments leading to increasing profitability of given product portfolio
- Participate in the development of product sales forecasts and local brand plans, actively collaborating on the strategic vision for future growth.
- Define marketing KPI’s and ensure that KPIs are delivered across all marketing channels.
- Assess campaign efficiency on a regular basis (primary, secondary and terciary data / internal and external surveys / performance overview from media agency / direct feedback / sales force feedback /environment & market information update/ market access situation update) and to flexibly implement if needed adaptations of the communication / actions to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives
- Customer loyalty development and continual strengthening of partnership with internal/external stakeholders (representatives of HCP, agencies, consulting companies);
- Close contact with Global Marketing Team as well as colleagues from other affiliates to both sides grow by sharing initiatives (e.g. international marketing meetings, common projects, exchange of best practice)
- Work closely with the Sales team and enable them to achieve commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate omni-channel tools
- Coordinate the successful completion of all projects that may involve other colleagues within and outside the Marketing department
- Cross-functional collaboration with departments involved to brand performance (sales force/ Medical Affairs & Scientific Training department /Regular Affairs and Market Access department/ logistic contact person, Finance department) to achieve the common settled goals.
- Collaboration with patients’ associations on common projects with the objective to improve the patient journey such as Festival of Health with focus on disease awareness and non-branded communication (#BISS – awareness, #BISS – adherence, #MMM, World adherence day, World hypertension day, World heart day,etc.)
- Complete all administration duties including the regular reporting.
Candidate Profile

- University degree from Life science

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharma business (similar role/ field).
- Language: English, Slovak – fluent
- Computer skills: MS Office proficiency
