Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB 

•Onsite clinical expertise in identification, building up, strengthening and ensuring a long-term partnership with selected existing and potential key customers within the assigned territory in line with the company strategy and values in order to achieve the defined business objectives
•Identification of the customers needs and requirements, business opportunities, evaluate the potential, develop territory business plan and making appropriate decisions on behalf of Servier to protect and maximize business opportunities within an account by developing customer-centric solutions
•Compliantly driving sales growth and advocate development within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and profitability, while meeting the needs of key customers through environmental understanding and analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
•Regular and proactive contribution to cross functional work & effective collaboration within Oncology team in order to prepare and implement the strategy and projects leading to achievement of commercial objectives through sharing all important gained information about customers and business needs, ongoing projects, issues, competitors and their activities, including active research of key customers wants and needs and proactive suggestion of solution to answer them.
•Management of all of revenue generating activities for the set of defined Servier oncology products based on national & territory business plan and following the agreed company strategy, while respecting allocated media budget.
•Effective management of regional budget and align spend with account objectives

Candidate Profile

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Education and experience:

•Master degree (medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences is advantage)
For external candidates: At least 2 years of successful experience in the position of Key account manager within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in oncology therapeutic field)
•Very good English, both oral and written is advantage
•Knowledge of local language - Slovak is a must
•Driving licence B
•PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
