Our pipeline is promising with several Phase 3 assets in the Oncology space. 

Role Summary


The Manager of Enterprise Communications will support the development and execution of strategic communications plans that drive the organization’s business objectives. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing multi-channel communications activities that amplify the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic communication plans that drive the organization’s business objectives
  • Work with internal business partners and stakeholders at all levels of the company to shape stories and direct content to appropriate internal and external channels
  • Develop content for corporate social media channels ensuring alignment with Enterprise priorities and branding
  • Develop content for internal Intranet and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives
  • Work alongside the Communications Team to support a strong, positive news flow – including digital, print, social and awards 
  • Support Executive Thought Leadership activities including developing social media content, award submissions, talking points, email communications, etc.
  • Support communication activities when issues and/or crises arise
  • Track measurements to ensure effectiveness of all communications and appropriate ROI

 

Education and Required Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, Journalism or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in strategic communications
  • Experience developing social media content and calendars
  • Ability to draft high-quality content (awards, articles, submissions, etc.)
  • Track record of working with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Agency experience required; In-house experience preferred
  • Design software experience a plus

 

Travel and Location

  • 10% travel
  • Boston
