Role Summary
Servier is advancing multiple, concurrent digital, technological and operational large-scale initiatives critical to performance, scalability, and growth. The Associate Director, Change is a hands-on change leader responsible for ensuring these initiatives are adopted, embedded, and sustained across the U.S. organization.
This role leads end-to-end change execution for complex projects and programs—including enterprise systems, digital platforms, data solutions, and other enabling tools or process redesign initiatives. The role partners closely with program leadership, project teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness.
This position will collaborate with U.S. and global partners to translate enterprise change discipline into tangible business outcomes, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution across initiatives. Success in this role requires deep change management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience delivering large-scale projects in a global, matrixed environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Change Leadership
- Lead design and execution of US change strategies for major initiatives, embedded directly within project teams as the primary change partner.
- Develop integrated change plans covering change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness.
- Facilitate cross-project collaboration to identify overlaps, gaps, and interdependencies across change activities, driving a unified change experience.
- Participate in change governance forums to represent change progress, challenges, and key decisions. Ensure transparency and alignment between change management workstreams and broader leadership.
- Collaborate with local and global change partners to align core change models and translate them into localized, execution-ready approaches for U.S. based initiatives.
Execution & Deliverables
- Create and deliver change management materials, including change impact assessments, communications, readiness plans, and adoption tools.
- Translate change impacts into clear, actionable messaging for leaders, managers, and employees.
- Ensure deliverables align with the overall change framework and are consistent across projects, leveraging existing materials or developing new ones where necessary.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Create stakeholder mapping and engagement plans
- Partner with senior leaders, sponsors, and functional owners to strengthen alignment and sponsorship.
- Support leaders, managers and employees in navigating change impacts through targeted enablement and coaching.
- Collaborate with US and global based cross-functional partners
Readiness, Adoption & Integration
- Identify and manage interdependencies, cumulative change impacts, and adoption risks across concurrent initiatives.
- Track readiness and adoption metrics; proactively address resistance and change fatigue.
- Contribute to integrated deployment planning across workstreams.
Training & Enablement
- Execute the integration of training plans across projects to ensure consistent end user preparation and skill-building, providing tailored content based on the different system, role, and process changes.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deploy training
Education and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or similar) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a focus on large-scale ERP and digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate change across multiple concurrent programs.
- Experience working with and guiding local or project-specific change teams
- Expertise in delivering structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Strong understanding of pharma business processes, ways of working and 3PLs a plus
Travel and Location
- Travel ~20%
- Hybrid; Must be onsite in Boston office two to three days per week

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $143,000-$169,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
