Located at our Bolbec site (Normandy), you will join a dynamic environment at the heart of CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) activities, working in close collaboration with analytical, formulation, quality, and industrial teams.

The Mission

As Process Chemistry Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 scientists (a mix of Research Engineers/PhDs and Technicians) dedicated to the design, optimization, and scale-up of synthetic processes for future drug candidates.

Operating at the interface between R&D and Industry, you will be a key player in the CHAD (Chemical and Analytical Development) department, managing activities for small molecules, ASOs, and ADCs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Vision: Drive scientific and technical activities within a project-based logic, ensuring the delivery of materials ranging from grams to kilos for preclinical and clinical studies.
• Empower Your Team: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation. You will challenge the status quo, pushing your team to explore new domains while ensuring their technical and human development.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to CMC strategies and key development decisions, managing both internal projects and external partnerships (60% external/40% internal ratio).
• Performance & Quality: Guarantee that timelines, costs, and quality standards are met for all deliverables.

• Background: You hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry or an Engineering degree in organic chemistry.
