Marketing & Medical Affairs Assistant

Short Description

 

Supports the Marketing and Medical Affairs team by ensuring high-quality operational and administrative assistance, acting as a key interface between the team and internal/external stakeholders. Contributes to the execution of projects aimed at optimizing company performance, supporting sales strategies, and delivering effective marketing and medical campaigns/projects.

Job Description

 

  • Coordination with sales team and other departments in preparation, implementation and follow up of marketing/medico projects (promotional events, market research, epidemiological surveys, congresses, medical education programs)
  • Provide administrative support to team (preparation of contracts, invitation letters, documentation for payments)                                                
  • Consolidates and follows-up of medico-marketing budget table with each product leader /advisor/ manager
  • Maintains the medico-marketing budget with the aim to accurately monitor actual vs budget expenditures to ensure all expenditure is within budget
  • Performs promotional material stock management
  • Support of Campaign Feedback process: consolidation of on-line questionnaire, on-line survey preparation and follow up
  • Provides efficient assistance including arranging and coordinating schedule, business travel and supports with meeting logistics / communication, agenda and minutes management, catering, transfers and all expenses follow-up
  • Performs other duties assigned to by Line Manager
  • Performs all activities with due care, diligently, in compliance with Servier Serbia and Servier Group internal procedures, policies and acts with high integrity and in accordance with Company’s values and expectations
