Are you an experienced MSL with a passion for oncology and precision medicine? Do you enjoy building trusted scientific partnerships and thriving in a collaborative, international environment?
Servier is looking for a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our NeNo cluster (Netherlands & Nordics). The position is based in Denmark or Norway with a potential Nordic responsibility and reports to the Medical Affairs Manager.
About Servier
Servier is an independent, global pharmaceutical group governed by a foundation. This unique structure enables a long-term vision focused on patient needs. As the second-largest French pharmaceutical group, we employ more than 20,000 people across 150 countries.
Our NeNo cluster (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden) was established in December 2024. Our team of around 40 colleagues works closely across countries to help ensure our oncology medicines reach the patients who need them. We are specialized in rare diseases within gastrointestinal- brain- hematological cancers and neurological diseases.
The Role
As our MSL, you will be an essential scientific bridge between Servier and the medical community. You will work closely with NeNo and global teams—from strategic planning to hands-on execution—in a small, agile organization with a down-to-earth mindset.
Your mission will include (but is not limited to):
- Enable the appropriate exchange of scientific and medical information with healthcare professionals and Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).
- Build and maintain high-quality relationships with key opinion leaders through innovative scientific projects and partnerships.
- Plan and deliver medical education, therapy-area training, and regional advisory boards.
- Provide fair, balanced, and timely medical information in line with applicable codes of practice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory, and clinical development.
- Engage with patient associations and ensure all activities meet the highest ethical standards.
- Maintain a high level of scientific and clinical expertise within oncology.
Skills and requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (MSc, PhD, PharmD, or similar) or a nursing degree with relevant clinical/technical experience.
- Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison and/or within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of oncology experience.
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build networks and collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
- Proactive, open-minded, and accountable; comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
- Valid driving licence.
