Medical Manager
Your Role
As a Medical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Servier Türkiye’s medical strategy.
Acting as a scientific partner and trusted advisor, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure medical excellence, regulatory compliance and meaningful scientific engagement.
You will report directly to the Medical & Public Affairs Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to both local and global medical initiatives, with opportunities to contribute beyond the affiliate level over time.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will combine scientific expertise with cross-functional collaboration to support medical excellence across Servier Türkiye’s activities.
- Contribute to medical strategies and therapeutic area plans, acting as a scientific reference point supporting strategic medical and business decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Training teams as a medical advisor, providing medical insight across key initiatives.
- Support the alignment of all medical and promotional activities with local regulations and Servier Global standards, including the review and approval of scientific and promotional materials.
- Support pharmacovigilance, quality and regulatory-related activities when required.
- Develop and maintain ethical scientific relationships with TAEs, KOLs and key medical stakeholders; participate in advisory boards, scientific meetings and medical education programs.
- Support compliant engagement of external experts in line with Fair Market Value principles.
- Coordinate and support global or local clinical trials and contribute to evidence generation, publications and congress materials.
- Monitor scientific and competitor developments and translate insights into value for the organization.
- Oversee medical information requests (RPMI process) and support the preparation of scientific presentations and educational content.
- Contribute to internal medical and product training activities across relevant teams.
Candidate Profile
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in relevant clinical/scientific roles.
- A strong understanding of medical affairs processes, clinical research and regulatory environments.
- Digital & AI literacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English, along with strong digital literacy and confident use of MS Office tools.
- Based in Istanbul and open to traveling within Turkey as part of the role.
