Job Description
Market Intelligence & Insight Manager
We are seeking a Market Intelligence & Insight Manager to support our mid- and long‑term business strategy and drive market expansion in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and interpret market, competitor and internal data to generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare decision‑making proposals and business cases to support growth, new markets and new product developments.
- Use advanced analytical methods to answer business‑critical questions and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Monitor geopolitical, macroeconomic, technological and pharma market trends, including competitors and products.
- Support evaluation of Non‑operational Countries and selected Countries of Operation, identifying new business opportunities.
- Closely cooperates with the relevant colleagues of the Commercial Directorate, with a special focus on the employees of the Business to Business (B2B), and the International Marketing Directorate.
- Preparing long term forecasts for new development projects and keep track records
- Provide input for financial models, long‑term forecasts and management presentations.
- Business analysis of new development projects with a strategic approach, preparation of decision-making materials and presentation to the management.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably with an economic focus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise complex information.
- High level of business English and strong presentation skills.
- Solid Excel skills and a proactive, agile, business‑oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical or health sciences background with economic orientation.
- International market experience and familiarity with market/business intelligence and pharma databases.
