Market Intelligence & Insight Manager

We are seeking a Market Intelligence & Insight Manager to support our mid- and long‑term business strategy and drive market expansion in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret market, competitor and internal data to generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare decision‑making proposals and business cases to support growth, new markets and new product developments.
• Use advanced analytical methods to answer business‑critical questions and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Monitor geopolitical, macroeconomic, technological and pharma market trends, including competitors and products.
• Support evaluation of Non‑operational Countries and selected Countries of Operation, identifying new business opportunities.
• Closely cooperates with the relevant colleagues of the Commercial Directorate, with a special focus on the employees of the Business to Business (B2B), and the International Marketing Directorate. 
• Preparing long term forecasts for new development projects and keep track records  
• Provide input for financial models, long‑term forecasts and management presentations.
• Business analysis of new development projects with a strategic approach, preparation of decision-making materials and presentation to the management.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably with an economic focus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise complex information.
• High level of business English and strong presentation skills.
• Solid Excel skills and a proactive, agile, business‑oriented mindset.

Preferred

• Pharmaceutical or health sciences background with economic orientation.
• International market experience and familiarity with market/business intelligence and pharma databases.
