Job Description

Commercial Data Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Data Specialist to join our growing team, who will directly support the effectiveness of our data-driven strategic decision-making and long-term business success with their expertise. Your role will involve ensuring optimal data management processes, as well as the professional design of end-to-end data flows and data transformation systems. If you are committed to data integrity and modern data architectures, you can take on a key role in the implementation of our data strategy.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Implementing new data sources into our data warehouse
  • Designing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Developing automated processes for data quality assurance
  • Building and maintaining self-service BI solutions
  • Optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) processes
  • Supporting BI projects by ensuring high data availability
  • Participating in the implementation of AI-driven solutions

Other requirements and conditions

  • Higher education degree in Computer Science Engineering or Business Informatics
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and working with stored procedures
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory or Pentaho Spoon)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Analysis Services (OLAP)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Detail and accuracy-oriented approach to work
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Focus on continuous development, learning and taking on new challenges
  • Proactive approach

Preference

  • Pharmaceuticals experience
  • Experience working with Python
  • Knowledge of BI tools, for example MicroStrategy
