Product Manager (Consumer Health)

The Product (Brand) Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize product performance throughout the lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, active engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and data-driven decision-making to ensure sustainable brand growth in a competitive pharmaceutical market.
Key Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of marketing strategies for the company’s products;

Market and competitive environment analysis, identification of growth opportunities;

Development and execution of tactical promotion plans
(including educational activities for healthcare professionals, work on inclusion of products into treatment guidelines, standards and recommendations, etc.); -
Launch, coordination and performance monitoring of promotional projects, with analysis of results and effectiveness;

Development of promotional materials, preparation and delivery of product trainings;

Planning, monitoring and analysis of A&P budget;

Active cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs);

Close collaboration with cross-functional departments and external partners, effective teamwork.
Requirements:

High level of professional maturity and independence; strong skills in marketing strategy development;

University degree;

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (pharmaceutical, FMCG or related industry);

English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate;

Confident PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
