Job Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager
to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation flow
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Support invoicing, contracts, and administrative financial processes
- Coordinate office maintenance and facility-related matters
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding documentation processes
- Act as a communication link between management, employees, and external partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or office management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
